Pregnancy Testing
We provide pregnancy testing and patient advocacy. We have a warm and loving staff that is ready to help and support you.
Ultrasound Exam
An ultrasound will verify if you’re actually pregnant, if the pregnancy is viable, and tell how far along you are. A pregnancy test can’t do that. Only an ultrasound can.
Patient Advocacy
If having a baby wasn’t a part of your plan, you may be feeling lost, confused, or alone. You don’t have to figure this out by yourself—our trained advocates are here to help.
Consultation with a Health Care Provider
Learn your risks. Talk to a Health Care Professional that will take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Get referrals to local physicians.

At what point should I schedule an appointment?
We recommend you make an appointment if you have any pregnancy questions, you are not sure about STD’s or might think you are pregnant.
Will my visit be private?
Absolutely, our center is HIPAA compliant and protects all of your health information. We will not tell anyone about your visit unless you give us permission. When you arrive, we will do all that we can to make sure your visit is private no pressure environment.
Do I need an appointment?

Should I bring anything to my appointment?
Yes, bring a photo ID with you to your appointment.
Does it cost anything?
Obria Medical Clinic (Pregnancy Alternatives Center) serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.
Do you offer ultrasounds?
Yes, we offer limited obstetrical ultrasounds to all patients who meet our qualifications.
Can I bring anyone with me?
Yes, you can bring your boyfriend or a friend. We will talk with you privately for a moment, then your boyfriend or friend will be able to join.
I don’t have insurance, what do I do?
We can help you apply with the Oregon Health Plan.
